Looking for a meaningful way to give back to animals in need? Kittyhawk Animal Foundation is seeking dedicated volunteers to help support our rescue efforts. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to take on a larger role, there’s a place for you on our team!

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Events

📌 Help plan, organize, and run fundraisers as a subcommittee member.
⏳ Time Commitment: 5-10 hours of planning + event attendance.

Sewing

🧵 Create toys, pet beds, and other items—work from home or join our sewing days!
⏳ Time Commitment: Flexible, based on availability.

Feral Cat/Colony Care

🐾 Assist with feeding, sourcing food and housing, and transporting cats for spay/neuter procedures.
⏳ Time Commitment: Occasional 1-2 hour activities.

Awareness Committee

📢 Help with microchipping at Neigh Barks, staff booths at events, and plan awareness activities.
⏳ Time Commitment: Occasional 4-6 hour shifts. Upcoming dates: June 14 & 21.

Delivery

🚚 Distribute items for sale, Christmas baskets, donated food, and other supplies.
⏳ Time Commitment: Occasional 2-4 hour shifts, depending on need.

Volunteer Roster

📋 Seeking a coordinator to manage volunteer scheduling and deliveries.
⏳ Time Commitment: 1-2 hours, two to four times annually (including pre-Christmas deliveries).
