Annual Sewing Day

Christmas is almost here and the Kittyhawk elves (crafters) were busy sewing pet beds and making toys for rescued animals in Edmonton.    On this annual sewing day  our generous volunteers donate their time to stitch warm pet beds and  create lovely toys to donate  to various animal rescue groups in the Edmonton area.  It is also  fundraiser for Kittyhawk as some of the wares are sold  to allow Kittyhawk to facilitate its neuter and spay clinic.  Kittyhawk appreciates the time and effort of these individuals  who not only volunteer their time for this event, but take part in delivering these gifts  to the rescue groups at Christmas.   As always there is a good turnout for our sewing day and this year 12 enthusiastic volunteers created many lovely  items.  Without the support of these dedicated people, Kittyhawk would not be able to provide so many gifts to rescued animals at Christmas.
SO……….  A SINCERE  THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR VOLUNTEERS WHO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
